Step One: Position Requirements
Upon receiving your resume, we will contact you by phone (if there is a match). Together, we will assess your new position requirements. Some of the areas we will cover includes: position/function, project types, salary requirements, benefit requirements, upward mobility, company culture, geographic requirements, etc.
Step Two: Interview Assistance
You will only be presented to client companies that fit your requirements. We will set-up and guide you through the interview process. After interview(s) – we will debrief you and our client to determine interest levels of both parties.
Step Three: Negotiate an offer
We will negotiate a reasonable offer. Upon acceptance, we will help you resign professionally from your current position. Upon start, we will make sure the transition is as smooth as possible.
